01General
This is an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] about how to use Cognitive OS — in the browser, on a Mac and on an iPhone. By creating an account you accept it.
02Your account
You need one account for every device. You are responsible for your password and for what is done from your account. If you notice someone else signing in, write to us.
03Your data
Everything you tell Cognitive OS stays yours. We keep and process it only so that the service works: keeps, sorts and finds. The details are in the Privacy policy.
04What you must not do
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to break into it, overload it with requests or pretend to be someone else.
05The AI and its answers
Answers and notes are made by AI. It tries to be accurate but can be wrong — check what matters. Where the AI is unsure, we mark it.
06Subscription and payment
The first 7 days are free. Then — by the plan you choose. You can cancel at any time; access stays until the end of the paid period.
07Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Settings. The data is deleted within [30] days, except what we are required by law to keep.
08Changes to this agreement
If we change the agreement, we tell you in advance in the app and by e-mail.
